AMO^® of the Year
Recognizes an IREM^® AMO firm for their dedication and efforts to: Advance the real estate management profession; Provide outstanding service to clients, tenants, and residents; Align business practices with IREM's Best Practices for Real Estate Management Service; Demonstrate ethical business practices based on the AMO Code of Professional Ethics, and include these practices within its workforce; Support employee participation in IREM activities; Support employee professional development on industry-specific knowledge; Execute leadership development and soft-skill training for employees.

IREM Innovator Award
The IREM Innovator Award recognizes a real estate management company for successful implementation of new, original, creative, or advanced program or initiative that has made an impact on the real estate management profession. This may include any technology, customer service, marketing, or sustainability program or initiative that has transformed the company as a whole, a team within the company, or the tenant, resident, or client experience. 

IREM DEI Innovator Award
The IREM DEI Innovator Award recognizes a real estate management company for successful development of a new, original, creative, and/or advanced program or initiative under the DEI scope that has made an impact on the real estate management profession. This may include any technology, customer service, marketing, sustainability or DEI programs and initiatives that has transformed the company as a whole, a team within the company, and/or the tenant, resident, or client experience.

IREM Excellence Award - Corporate
The IREM Excellence Award - Corporate recognizes a real estate management company who has demonstrated a commitment to the profession, made extraordinary achievements, and/or has had a positive impact on the communities it serves. The company's accomplishments may include community service and volunteer efforts, educational, leadership, and/or professional development initiatives, and/or how they promote IREM values as a company.

IREM DEI Excellence Award - Corporate
The IREM DEI Excellence Award – Corporate recognizes a real estate management company, who has demonstrated a commitment to DEI in the profession, made extraordinary achievements in the DEI scope, and/or has had a positive impact on the communities it serves. The company’s accomplishments may include community service and volunteer efforts, educational, leadership, and/or professional development initiatives, and/or how they promote IREM values as a company.

Individual Awards

CPM^® of the Year
Recognizes an IREM CPM (Certified Property Manager) who's made a commitment to the real estate management profession and made valuable contributions to enhance its future by: Advancing the real estate management profession; Providing excellent service to clients, tenants, and residents; Demonstrating a personal commitment to community service; Demonstrating leadership through innovative initiatives, programs, or business practices that resulted in business advancement and/or property success; Demonstrating leadership by mentoring others; Demonstrating a commitment to ethical business practices based on the IREM Code of Professional Ethics; Engaging in IREM, either directly or through of support of employees, colleagues, and industry peers.

ACoM^® of the Year
Recognizes an IREM ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) who's made a commitment to the commercial real estate management profession and made valuable contributions to enhance its future by: Advancing the real estate management profession; Providing excellent service to clients and tenants; Demonstrating a personal commitment to community service; Demonstratong leadership through innovative initiatives, programs, or business practices that resulted in business advancement and/or property success; Demonstrating leadership by mentoring of others; Demonstrating a commitment to ethical business practices based on the IREM Code of Professional Ethics; Engaging in IREM, either directly or through support of employees, colleagues, and industry peers.
